"This IHOP had Slowest service today due to short staff. Unfortunately. they don't know how to run a restaurant. We waited for 2 hours to get food on table. That's after waiting for another hour to even take orders after we asked to take order. We should have left and not waited after the drinks order. Manager apologized and explained the situation but dine in patrons had to wait for way too long."

"Anna,, our waitress was fantastic! Ms. T, the Manager was fabulous! They both had great attitudes and super sweet! I have severe food allergies and the manager and waitress were extremely accommodating. I’ve been to another location in the past a few times and was told they couldn’t accommodate my allergy to dairy and I wound up eating bacon for dinner. We live close to another location, but will return to this location every time, because of the great attitudes and fantastic service!! Thank you!!!"

"Our food was great and service too but had to ask for the rest of the food when the first dish came out. Was missing hash browns on my plate, on my sister plate was missing sausages."

"The unfortunate timing of this not so mysterious pandemic has breakfast favs like IHOP in its' grasps too. I'm not sure this will be a fair review because there was only waiter serving the entire restaurant. He did an awesome job; but I have nothing to compare his work too. The manager, who I didn't have the pleasure of even laying eyes on once, was also the cook. I will say this: the restaurant was clean front of the house to restrooms, and the food was its usual IHOP quality. If corporate America will take a step back from the table and allow it's hospitality workers who keep the businesses running have a seat at the table, we might see an improvement in service across the board. These waiters and waitresses work for 2 to $3 an hour hoping they'll get decent tips to pay their bills; while management and upper management enjoy the comfort and stability of decent salaries, in various corporate perks and benefits. This may have been all well in the market 60 years ago, but look at the price of gas, rent, food... How can we expect excellent service and lightning fast food coming out of these kitchens when these people have to wonder how they'll pay their bills? Oh you didn't know? The cooks pay rate isn't all that great either. They make just enough to barely scrape by check to check. This explains why there's one server, and one cook, ( who just happened to also be the manager ) at this particular IHOP. I can't blame these two resilient people for anything that may have been even slightly below the bar. Corporate bureaucracy and greed are once again at fault. Restaurants need to raise servers pay to at least $10 an hour, and experienced Cooks who are doing the work and implementing food safety and sanitation to at least $25 an hour. At these rates we will receive exemplary service and quality food. Lucky for me I was just having a quick business meeting, so service and food quality didn't matter so much."

"It's typical Ihop quality but this one has a drive through for online orders which is pretty neat! The servers were super kind (the main reason I'm writing a review for a major chain restaurant) and made the experience enjoyable. I only took off a star because the utensils were super dirty (they were quick to provide plastic utensils) and the booth I was sitting in was slipping off its support."
