"I was treated with extremely poor customer service by a worker there named Charles. First he moved my items and told me that he couldn't take care of me because he had to do something in the back. Then he came back to the front of the line with a Caucasian lady and moved my items again and then asked me to move while I was clearly in line and waited on the lady. Then he asked if I still wanted the items. At this point I am furious and I said of course I do that is why I am standing in line. Then he said "oh I thought you two were together " like that justifies his rude behavior. Then after the lady he brought to the front was done he proceeded to tell the next lady that "he can help her because the lady helping my daughter will help me." Again, rude and dismissive behavior."
