"I've been a Hard Rock Cafe fan since the late 80s and have never been in a cafe that I disliked. The one on Bourbon St. is very nice; friendly staff and great food and music. The One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp is excellent; we get that at every HRC we visit."
"We went on Tuesday night (12/19) the manager was nice and helpful. Our server River was a delight, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and tasty. We ordered burgers combo and a rack of ribs with some wings on the side. The decor was great. I wish they were in NC."
"New Orleans is magical. And it makes every place you visit magical. Hard Rock is awesome everywhere, but especially here in the Big Easy. Service was AMAZING. Our waitress was so sweet. The food was good. We were a bit disappointed in the Diablo burgers. We expected them to be hot/spicy and they definitely were not. But over all it was good."
"The service at the bar was a little off, and I felt I little forgotten by the bartender, even though it was only 4 people sitting at the bar. The food was good, nothing to complain about it. I also got a Sunday for my birthday, what was nice, after I told them it was my b-day."
"American menu always satisfies and consistent quality. Great memorabilia in a historic setting. The staff was full of information and very helpful in the Rock Shop. Recommend going back to the event room to see the celebrity memorabilia."
