"Waited in line for 15 minutes to find out they were sold out of chicken, turkey, walnuts, and avocado... Which are all ingredients in their menu salads, so I left after waiting all that time. Also, the staff moves at a glacial pace, so don't come here if you're even remotely in a hurry."
"Yikes, turn around, keep walking — avoid this rude staff at all costs or else you may end up like me waiting in line for 20 minutes only to have them tell you they’re not taking anymore orders when it’s your turn. It was 12:30 pm — lunchtime. UPDATE: I walked back by 5 minutes later and it’s open with two new much more professional staff. They were very apologetic and kind and ended up paying for my salad. Took this from 1 to 4 stars. I"
"Good example of a place that looks like it would be healthy and then ruins it… They squeezed avocado out of a tube, chicken was in bags that came from somewhere else, and they put a gallon of dressing on the wrap. They were also just totally confused about a simple order because they weren’t paying attention to what they were doing. Too bad."
