"As the waiting times can be unpredictable and usually very long, i was happy to learn online ordering is available. You can only order up to 1 hour in advance. So i did. Absolutely nothing was prepared at the scheduled pick up time and i waited inside for another 25 minutes only to see what were probably part of my order disappear through the pick up window. It was not until i stood at the counter and remained there that my order was finally prepared. The chicken was good and ultimately the staff friendly. Hence 2 stars and not 0. Will cook myself next time. Quicker."
"I've ordered on the app SEVERAL times hoping that my meal would be prepared when I get there. Unfortunately it never is & Im always asked to pull up while others are served before me. I often have missing items such as dips or ketchup. Food is sometimes good but last time I went I could tell that my chicken tinders were cut in half and very small. I always have much better luck at the Houma and Thibodaux location."
"The restroom needs a thorough cleaning. The rest of the restaurant was acceptable, but there were no napkins or cup lids. Service was prompt and polite, but the red beans tasted old."
"First time at this location. Stop for lunch and it felt like I was in line forever. The people at the window was not polite by any means. I did not get my red beans and only one bbq sauce for all my chicken strips. The lobby was not open and I did not have the time to turn around go back and sit in line again. The location looked extremely rundown. I would not return to this location."
