"Order coffee through the app for Rapid Pickup nearly every morning. But for some reason the order (unlike the other rapid picks) gets held behind the counter. So instead of a quick grab and go, I end up standing in line. Kind of defeats the purpose, like this morning... waited 15 minutes."
"Soup is simple right? Just pour it in a bowl? Well not here. After waiting 25 minutes I requested a refund. Slow service and clearly unable to make all the items on the menu. While waiting they ran out of American cheese and was on the last bag of wild rice. It was barely NOON and this place was already on the decline. Also this place is never CLEAN!"
