"Probably the worst experience at a restaurant, even an airport restaurant. I watched as the staff ignored people, walked past, and didn't even acknowledge people. I saw several groups get seated and then leave because the waitress never came. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry. I still only saw my waitress a couple of times in the hour I was here. I assume they don't work for tips because not a single employee in this place offered customer service. Easy to say I won't be back. Horrible!"

"I have waited FOREVER at the bar to order. Can't rate the food because I've been here 30 minutes trying to order it. It was an ordeal to be SEATED. They obviously don't care... Update: I ordered the Grilled Pimento Sandwich. It was really good. The location is great, and it has great space. All in all, there is a people problem here. There are people complaining all around me at 6:00 pm on a Thursday evening. Terrible service and no leadership."
"Friendly service. Decent food and prices for an airport restaurant. Cesar salad was great. Fries were great. Would not recommend the shrimp creole -- pretty sure this was made with some jarred marinara sauce."
