"I order 1 Small Strawberry Slushie and I was told my order Cost was $3.62 well as the drink make way to my vehicle I notice a Large Cup she state morning there a morning deal on drinks so instead of small u get a Large. So I give her the 4 Dollars because she told me I owe 3.62 I grab drink and start backing out to leave an glance at the receipt Total $1.63 I'm mad as hell because ya sat there an said everything else but the Correct total.. it's the principle of the issue bring me what I ask for and Dont Jip me out my money Never going back I feel some type of way. "I come to this drive in pretty much everyday and I must say , the manager at this location is doing an awesome job cause the employees are awesome and very friendly !! Good job to the whole Crew !"
"Eaten at the LaPlace Sonic over many years. Some visits are better than others. But, generally a good experience. If you order a hamburger they will bring a cheese burger every time and don't even seem to know the difference."
"UPDATE: This restaurant has definitely changed. Since hiring new staff service is very good & so is our food. It also comes out in a timely manner! Please keep up the good work! OLD REVIEW: I keep trying to give this Sonic a chance. Several times. I love Sonic but this particular location is absolutely horrific! Also.... to make matters worse the service sucks/takes so long even when it's not busy. MY FOOD IS ALWAYS ALWAYS NASTY. NEVER TO RETURN. NOT LAPLACE LOCATION"
"Last Friday I went and ordered onion rings And jalapeno cheddar poppers.on my way home from a very long day at work. I paid for my order went home and opened my bag and they didn't put my onion rings in the bag they put mozzarella sticks instead. I immediately called the location they said I could come back..I told him I was exhausted he said I'll write your name down and next time you come we will give you the correct order. I went again last night ( Friday)...and was told I need my receipt and the person I talked to...I didn't know the info and I don't keep fast food receipts. They told me they couldn't give me my onion rings. Why would I lie about a cheap order of onion rings..I won't be back"
