Puccino's Coffee

"Couldn't get my order right... nothing complicated, just asking for NO whipcream. The girl working the window (with the attitude) was expecting a tip, after I waited for 20 minutes, for coffee with whipcream on top. Will not be returning."

"This is the laziest Puccino’s in all Metairie. It used to be good when they had the young man working the drive thru a few years ago. These new people they have always close the kitchen early and never give you a receipt to know what you are paying. This is the closest one to Kenner but I’ve had to drive to every other Puccino’s further away since everyday they tell me a different time the kitchen closes. Just terrible all around. I’m just going to stop wasting my time coming here hoping I’ll get good service."

"Dishonest with the prices displayed. $8 for a cup of mediocre coffee is excessive. This is the second (and last) time. I wanted to give them a second chance - bad idea. They swindled me on the price (by a lot) both times. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I paid, and tipped generously. They are thieves though. What they charge is NOT what they display on any of their menus. They think the public is either dumb or blind. Dishonest. Absolutely pathetic!"

"The vibe and decour of this place is pretty cool. They nail the Italian coffee shop look and the place feels very cofortable to sit in plus they have free wi fi. Ever one of our first choices were out of stock and the kitchen was closed for the day. The kitchen hours aren't posted anywhere on the website or outside and since this was the whole reason we went there it was a big dissapointment. The stuff we settled for was OK. The pastries seemed stale even after warming and the cappuccino was more of a latte. It still was good it just had way to much milk in it. The Granita was the best thing we ordered,but be aware its supper sweet and rich. The service was fast and the cashier was nice. She seemed a bit overworked so I think staffing is an issue. Its a decent place just know some items may be out of stock and the kitchen may be closed"
