"The front desk attendant at around 10 am on 11/16/23 was rude, entitled, and unhelpful. She laughed me off when I asked a basic question. Then as I was waiting for my tires to be changed, I heard her being completely unhelpful to another customer. She kept rudely saying “I don’t know nothing about the online stuff.” I don’t think any customer would want to interact with this person. The other workers were nice and helpful. Like normal people are."
"I sat at Walmart for 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t get my tire off?? Complete waste of time, do not go here."
"The staff was nice. I was the fourth car in the morning at 7:02 a.m. before the doors open. I wanted to get my tire checked for a slow leak. When they were about to look at my car they got a tire truck delivery and so they unloaded the truck first before looking at my car without asking me if I was able to stay or what my time constraints were. I was told that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait. I am now leaving two and a half hours later. Horrible managerial decision to unload a tire truck before seeing a customer's car after that customer has already been waiting an hour and wasn't given the option to choose if they could wait that long or not."
