"Great local spot with a small menu that cooks what they cook very well. The boneless wings are excellent. Hand cut, cooked to perfection. We had buffalo and honey bbq. Both sauces excellent. Bone in breaded wings were freaking phenomenal. Pyro Jelly and thai chili are both great. I have to say blue cheese tastes like blue cheese as well. Not some weak counter part. Burger was ok. Sour dough bun was very good. Burger itself seasoned well. I would have liked a little more crust but overall very good. Only negative was frys. Wasn't a fan. Service, ambiance, appearance, off the charts. If you are wanting to support local.... come here."

"Not good. I ordered 6 boneless wings and ate a quarter of one. It was terrible. I Sat it aside. The waitress ask me about after seeing all of my wings sat aside. told her that I didn't care for it. She walked off. Good business would have been to offer me a refund or something different being that I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I was still charged for it. After only eating one quarter of One Wing and left the rest all set aside. We absolutely will not be back."

"Pyro’s in Youngsville really measures up on the wings scale, with no initial expectation I didn’t know what the wings would be like but decided to give it a try and man it was worth it. The staff are very nice and polite and quick to take your order. The venue has a good vibe to it lots of TV’s with a variety or sports and like broadcasts playing. THE WINGS! We went with Pyro wet, Jamaican Jerk and Buffalo for the sauce. Did the plate of bone in wings which seemed to be cheaper than making two orders of single orders. First off the wings were cooked to perfection with great quality drums and flats, didn’t skimp on the size and the meat was cooked very tender. THE SAUCE: the buffalo was a delight, seemed to be a slight light on the aggressiveness of the flavor but none the less a good buffalo sauce. The pyro wet was just enough amount of heat, you know it’s there but it didn’t leave you in agony dealing with the spice. The Jamaican Jerk was really my favorite and measures up to any flavor similar around competitors. Over all I will say what stood out was how wet the wings were, it’s rare to feel like you got lots of sauce dripping from you wings, well Pyro’s does it well and the quality of the wing really did it for me. Opportunity: I had two bottle beers with my lunch and I could say the beer could have been a tad bit colder, but still and enjoyable experience!"

"A rare 5 star! This is a hidden gem. We were greeted with a smile in a modern building. The feel of the restaurant was "clean" in every way imaginable. The first thing I noticed was the simplicity in the menu. You will not find a 30 pg menu with a bunch of the same dishes named different ways. What you will find is a streamlined menu filled with delicious food. My wife ordered boneless wings. These should be called strips because they are huge. After 4, she was full. She ordered them plain with buffalo on the side, which is her usual wing order. They were so juicy that when she broke one open, I asked if it was dripping grease. Nope! It was just that juicy. She had no complaints. We both had fries, which were excellent. The star of the day was the bacon cheeseburger I ordered. Wow! The size was absolutely perfect. I was full after eating about 2/3, but I stuffed myself. Younget sourdough bread, crisp lettuce, thick bacon, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, and mayo. I opted not to get mustard because that's just nasty! The topper was the spicy seasoning added. It is enough spice that you notice it, but it does not overwhelm the burger. This can easily be sold as a "season all" and I will be the first in line to buy it. To top it off, everything is priced reasonably. We spent 50 dollars including tip and drinks. That is about 25 dollars less than our normal lunch. If you are looking for a great place to grab a bite, trust me, this is it. It's a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and most importantly, great food. Trust me, swing by, you will not regret it."
