"Don’t order a drink here on the weekend in the morning if u want your drink done the right way. I’ve ordered my drinks through DoorDash and never had issues through the week and the one time I get my friend to pick my drink up on his way to my house today it’s done completely wrong, it’s rotten coffee flavored, ordered a super grande and took 2 sips and had to throw away before it made me sick because it was that bad. My friend said they were a hot mess today. Guess I will make sure to always use other locations from now on. And no I will not be emailing you to tell you more about my experience because I just did. I know that I won’t get a response, so no don’t tell me to send you an email to tell you more about my experience and how to make it better. Making it better is training your staff to know how not to use rotten coffee and what coffee to use. What a shame. Shame on you guys!!!"
"Went during the morning and ordered. We paid and everything only for them to tell us that they were out of what we ordered. Which is fine, they asked us if we wanted a refund or something else. Ordered something else but before I could specify size or anything the guy left to make it. Tried to tell the girl about the specifics of what I wanted and she was incredibly rude about not hearing us. I understand if she didn't hear but she was rude about it and when she did hear she was like "okay, whatever." Then we were handed our drink idk about the size or what's really in it or the price difference to what I originally ordered due to poor service."
"Service good, drink had good flavor but this is the only CC’s that I’ve been to that only fills 3/4 of the cup. If I’m paying $6 for a coffee the least I expect is for it to be full"
