"Whoever owns this location needs to sell it ASAP because they obviously don’t care about their business. This place STINKS so bad. I ordered a shrimp tuber add crawfish through door dash pick up. When I got there I checked my bag & noticed that there was no shrimp. I immediately went back in and told the worker. She seemed to have an attitude. She took the bag then came back about 2 minutes later with a cup of shrimp. She apologized and I went back to the car. I checked the cup and there was ice cold shrimp mixed with hot shrimp. When I got home I throughly checked the potato because it smelled really bad. It smelled like day old crawfish.. I thought that it was just fresh but when I tasted it, it tasted like rotten food which made me regurgitate instantly. Then I noticed brown stuff all throughout the potato. This place would surely fail an inspection. I would advise everyone to place their order at the location on burnside! I really would like to be refunded!!!"
"The food is good but the newer employees are not as good at their job. Called ahead of getting there to place an order. Was on hold for over 20 minutes. When we got there, there was no customers in site so no idea why I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Food is good though. Also I was on hold for only over 20 minutes because they asked to put me on hold and then just hung up after."
