Chipotle Mexican Grill 2410 Tanger Boulevard, Gonzales, LA 70737

"This location is the worst location i’ve been too. When my fiancée and I went to get food, they were out of steak, chips, queso, vinaigrette, veggies. They still had 2 hours till close might i add. Then the whole place was filthy. At least 5 tables minimum were dirty, the floor was filthy and by the drinks was the worst. No spoons, napkins everywhere, the bottom grate of the drink dispenser was so full of ice it was spilling over. Then there was a random hair tie on the ground. AND they barely put anything on our burritos. I’ve never seen my burrito so small.. Definitely never coming back to this location. (p.s. never eaten a square burrito till I came here.)"

"The last few times i have been to this chipotle, i have had problems with my order. Health standards are not up to date, there was hair in one of my bowls and another incident where there was a piece of plastic in my bowl. I love chipotle to death but will not continue to go if this keeps happening."

"The first time I went there I was able to get something to eat . It wasn't as it was advertised, but that was ok. The second time I went, I was told that I couldn't get served because they only take on-line orders. What kind if food place only takes on-line orders??? They don't have to worry about me getting anything from there. I don't put my bank info or debit card info on the internet."

"I've ordered from here several times, and all have been good experiences.. but all it takes is one time. Do better! I'd understand if it was a small piece of plastic, this is ridiculous."

"Chipotle is a favorite. Really great for quantities. Very tasty. I had the carnitas and my wife had the chicken bowl. You can ask for a tortilla on the side when you order the bowl. We also got chips and salsa, but we don't recommend it."
