"The food is decent but I’ve boycotted them for 2 years since i discovered that they secretly charge a 20% “service charge” on all to-go orders. When I first made this post it was 10%, but they’re greedy. So you get paid to do your job, then charge me 20% to put it in a bag? GTFOH! Bought myself a Blackstone and can out cook these rip off artists any day of the week. Good luck ripping people off charging that 20% “service charge”."

"I've been to a lot of waffle houses in my day and this one honestly has great service and solid food. Even when I walk in with a crowd I've never had to wait since I'm willing to sit at the bar. Great staff, more attentive than your average WH. Love the Christmas decor this time of year."
"I'm revising my review because in the last month or so I've watched the atmosphere go downhill along with the service. What use to be a fun and relaxing place to go is not the same. I've watched servers and cooks change out at an alarming rate. I will say for the most part most of the servers are nice but not as personable as the ones I've seen fired or they quit. Most awesome staff and food. Eat there at least 3 times a week."
