"It was a busy time of day I went. I paid for my order with cash it took a while to come back which was not bad since they were really busy but when I push the button to find out how much longer it would be to get my change they kept pushing button off. Bad communication! All I needed to know that they did not forget me out there waiting for my change"
"I asked for a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe which menu said it had crispy pickles, lettuce and tomatoes and received a Jr.Cheeseburger. the meat on the burger tasted like it had been heated and reheated as it was very tough. But to top it all off, my bill was $7.27 and the employee gave me $12.00 change. I asked him where was the rest of my change. His response was it's only .73 cents. I took the change back and gave him a $1.00 tip. (silly me) Hopefully he'll learn that being honest is best."
"This Sonic usually is ok whenever we go. But it was early in the day2:30-3:00 not busy at all from the looks of the parking lot. Soooo why this burnt pretzel like over greasy churros we’re given to me like this is questionable. They were like bullets!! Whoever prepared them had to know this wasn’t the right thing to do. Not a lick of cinnamon ya hear me lol Part 2- so I just opened my chicken tender dinner up and oh! I’m not surprised to see the meal was just as disgusting over greasy unnecessary I love Sonic but this is horrible to where I went to return the whole meal after explaining to the store manager I didn’t appreciate the service but I understand things happen. But seeing the straight out disregard for others stomach and hard earned money. I returned the meal complete with the greasy burnt churros. To make matter worst they gave me a dollar short back of what I paided. And I tipped the young lady. So it’s obvious screw customers who cares type of mentality. Didn’t take a pic because I was too anxious to return it and go buy lunch somewhere else."
