Shoe Dept. Encore

"I was never greeted by any employees. When I took the initiative to greet one, I had to do it twice, because she apparently didn't hear me. Her response was one of disinterest. While perusing the store, not a single employee asked if I needed assistance. I might as well have been invisible. My recommendation is to spend your hard-earned dollars somewhere else, because this particular store could care less."

"My family and I went to shoe depot on yesterday and were going to purchase 3pair of shoes. One of the shoes had a scuff mark on them so my husband asked if they were able to discount the shoes. The older heavy set Caucasian "manager" came over and say "Oh no, we will not discount these but we can clean them." I've never heard of that before but ok. So she proceeds to "clean" the scuff mark, and once she is unsuccessful, she says I can give you a couple dollars off. As in two dollars off. That's was definitely an insult to me, so I told her that wasn't worth it, we'll just get the other two pairs, and she told me "Well I can get more money off of them if I damage them out." Very unprofessional. I will never shop then again."

"I was very disappointed in this store. 1 clerk was supper nice got up to help check me out. Manager never smiled just pointed me to the next counter. I left did not buy the shoes. They r not doing me a favor selling me a pair of shoes. Need to take some custom service classes!"

"I can't believe the lack of professionalism in this store. When the manager cusses in front of children, that is SO NOT OK. If you have young children, Do Not bring them to this store!! *****EDIT*****it looks like the manager decided to leave a 5 star review for herself- which seems fitting. She wants to continue to bad mouth customers and can't take the criticism once she's handled herself the wrong way. This is my review and my experience. Good luck if you shop with them- obviously the complaints about customer service go way beyond yesterday"

"Before someone believes a post about a store you need to remember there are to sides to every story....the last 7 post were all from the same group of people...they only told there side....we have developed good customer service over the past year and we strive to make customers come first in our store. With that said there are a few cases where no matter what we do our customers still aren't satisfied. We are sorry if these 4 people weren't happy with their experience in our store.....Please take the time to come and shop and see for yourself's....we look forward to seeing you!!!!"
