"I love this boutique and I love the clothes and selection that is 5 stars worthy, however I'm very disappointed that the young girl working at noon did not even say hello when I walked in, never asked if she could help me find anything, never looked at what I was carrying to see if the store had something that would go with what I was holding. I actually asked a customer for her opinion and to help me choose between two more items. Excellent customer service equals more sales and happier customer and more referrals. I work for a family business and even if I'm with 3 customers or one customer when I hear the door bell go off I smile and look at the new arrival and tell them hello and I'll be right over!!"
