"I can’t even explain how long we waited just to place the order. We kept getting told to wait and then when we were ready, they were out of the 2 items we wanted. So we were told to wait again so she could “figure out the orders”. There was only 1 car in front of us! 1! I don’t know what she had to figure out. We kept trying to order and no one would answer us. Another few minutes went by and someone finally took our order. I have honestly never had a worse fast food experience anywhere. We got into the drive thru at 550 and by 617 we still couldn’t even make it to the window to pay because the car in front of us had waited so long with no food. We ended up driving off."

"7/26/23 I arrived at 12:30am to which the line was about Empty. By 12:45 there was about 4 cars behind me yet nobody taking orders. I finally pulled up at 12:50 to the window and waited another 5 mins (yes I actually waited that long bc I was starving and nothing else around me was open) and still nobody. Yet all the lights were on, employees cars appeared to be parked up front and you could def tell someone was working. Not sure what happened but I won't be wasting my time going here again and will stop elsewhere. This is unacceptable. Corporate or management I encourage you to review film to back everything I'm saying."
