"This review isn't so much about the quality of the food more about how they do things. I ordered hash browns with my order and my wife's, well grits were brought instead. The part I don't understand, is why they take your whole order away to replace the item that was messed up? Why not just leave the Grits on the plate and let you start eating your breakfast instead of taking the whole thing away and letting it get cold. It just doesn't make any sense. I mean they're going to throw it away anyway so why not just leave it on the plate and get a side dish of the right item? I mean it's not like you're trying to take advantage and get something extra but I mean you just want hot food. My local Waffle House does the same thing the one in Lumberton. They'll take the whole meal away to replace something that was messed up and by the time you get it it's cold it's cuckoo."

"First time here and was given the wrong order. I took accountability for not checking the bag before I left, but no apologies from them cause I guess it’s mainly the customers fault for not checking..? Upon returning and handing in the wrong order to them, I was then asked if I had ate it and also if I had paid for my order… Their customer service seems to be blunt here and the food I ordered; bacon is burnt.."
