"There was a very rude customer today who yelled at the clerk and instulted him! The man was very helpful, and she was just displeased with his answer to her question. I just had to leave a good review since I know that man's feelings must be hurt! The store looked lovely, and the employee was kind!"

"The manager at the Lake Charles, Louisiana store was so helpful to me. I'm not in-the-know of all the anime characters that my teenager likes and the sweet manager was so helpful to me. She was very professional but personal. She didn't act like she was just at any job, that she really cared and wanted to satisfy her customers !"

"Denise did not greet or even acknowledge my existence in this store. She was with a couple checking them out, however she could have easily greeted me. When I asked her a question about the jewelry sale she acted as if I were a nuisance. I get that it’s holiday season right now and things are high stress but it would have been nice to receive at least a smile. I work customer service retail as well and I know it can be tough but there was absolutely no effort upon my visit to make me feel welcomed in the store."

"I bought eye shadow primer and when I got home and I went to my bathroom and I was about to use it, and I noticed that it had already opened and it looked like it had been used. I showed my mom right away and we went to the store to return it. When we got there, the manager said we couldnt return it because it was used, and my mom told her that it was like that when I bought it. The manager then got really rude and said that there was no way that her staff would sell it like that and called me a liar."
