"Server was great, it seems they are understaffed be prepared for delays. The crew seems defeated and assumes every guest will complain. It's a gamble until the spirit of service is brought back to the whole restaurant industry. Customers should never be taken for granted. $100 for Two adults and three small kids. Then served lousy food or service is not in my budget. Last time was decent food, and good service. The times prior were 2 stars at best between 2022-23 visiting this location 2-3 times. The old $48 ticket allowed for lower expectations, $100+ you better bring your A game now you're competing against my cooking skills. 5 prime ribeyes and sides for less $, beat disgruntled restaurant workers every time. (We have relied on tips in the past)"

"It was a bit cold on restaurant the last three times I visited. Would like to see a nice napkin served with fork, instead of the chinsy ones at the tables. Great food!! Great service 2 of last 3 times! Great margaritas too!!"

"Well they set us down and it took 15min before anyone came to table. After our drink order we order cheese dip drinks came cheese dip about 10mins later. We order our food My son and me got meals with cold plates and low and behold they came at the same time cold plates tacos were soggy no room on table I ask to speak with manager which was sitting in a both in the back doing nothing he came over ask what the problem was I said cold plate and hot plates came at the same time picked up taco and the bottom feel out I said we been needing chips haven't got them he grabs plate says I will fix it the server brings it back still no chips I told the server it wasn't his fault they were ready at the same time he said it actually is my fault it was sitting up there for a few they had this server way over his limit. We ate I was not going to wait on ticket so we get up walk up front told them they got home to bring ticket up was very disappointed they could have discounted something for the poor service the girls up front said they only have 3 servers working that sounds like a managers problem not mine and they said they are cutting hours well they are cutting the wrong hours because it doesn't take 3 people up front setting people that come in and y'all can't give good service. Very Very disappointed ...."
