One star is too much When the arrangement was brought in to the church, my first thought was omg please, please, PLEASE don't let that be the arrangement I ordered, I hope that that is not my arrangement... If it is, maybe I can go pull it apart and put it back together to make it look presentable. Picture this.. container not basket, a droopy fuzzy octopus type plant (?) at 11:00 o’clock(clock reference) several pretty roses, maybe 3 irises at the bottom, an explosion of greenery with a lot of open empty space and one orange Lilly pressed in at 5 o’clock. If it wasn't for the card, you could not tell the front from the back. There was no focal point and absolutely no symmetry to the arrangement. You really could not appreciate the roses because they were hidden within the sporadic greenery. There was no spring \ bright color to the arrangement at all. It was primarily greenery. This was not supposed to be a plant. It was supposed to be a floral arrangement. Driving back to Charleston SC from Glenmora, LA, I thought the arrangement clearly was not finished. Was there confusion between the floral arranger and the delivery person and it was snatched up before it was finished??? Possibly they thought that I would never see the arrangement or no one would say anything!!! For the $$$ and the detail that was provided and specifically requested, I AM DEFINITELY SAYING SOMETHING!!! The arrangement was so bad that that the only thing you could say about it was that "it was the thought that mattered". Incredibly disappointed, embarrassed and angry… the family \ I deserved a much better effort and arrangement!"
