"The food was good, and the service was slow. I understand they only had a few people working, but I sat behind one truck for 5 minutes before they even took his payment. I tried to order 4 chicken legs for my daughter, and they said it would be a 15-minute wait. Had ik, I was gonna be in line for 15 minutes. She would have gotten the 4 legs like she wanted. Keep in mind that I had just left urgent care with a double ear infection and sinus infection, so I wasn't in the mood. I'm not saying it's anyone person's fault, but move people up so the rest of us can get our stuff and go. McDonald's does it all the time."
