"Paid $30 dollars for 2 banana splits & a kids ice cream. Told them no chocolate double strawberry and the idiots there still added chocolate! Proceded to tell the female that was working the drive thru and she had a look in her face like she shoulda probably gotten educated instead of working at a drive thru. Very bad service… I called to speak to the manager “Dylan” and he hung up on me while I was making my complaint. It’s very frustrating and not worth your money! Hope they close them down!!!"

"Yummy flavors, cheerful service, generous tastes & servings, & great coffee & grilled cheese sandwiches next door at Dunkin Donuts! Stopped here on a road trip & we’re so glad we did. Kylie made us want to come back the next time we’re driving through! Keep up the great work, guys."

"This place is very frustrating. Several times in the morning I have wanted to go inside to see the actual donut selection (drive through donut menu is terrible). The hours show they are open and even the hours on the door show the inside to be open, but the kids running the place keep the door locked until they want. I enjoy seeing all the variety of colorful donuts freshly available, as I would think alot of people do, especially children. You would think a donut place would understand this. And it's not a covid thing, as I am writing this in June 2022. I'm not sure this place will remain open much longer, as a few times I attempted to go inside I watched several do the same and leave frustrated. Good thing Snowflake is always open during stated hours as they are literally right down the road."

"I have tried going through this Baskin-Robbins drive thru about 3 or 4 times over the last year or so. Every time, I have been disappointed with the quality and service at this store. For at least the 2nd time, I have had to explain to the kid at the window the proper way to make an ice cream sundae. Today, I was told that they were out of chocolate ice cream. When I asked the young lady at the window how a Baskin-Robbins runs out of chocolate ice cream, she answered, "Because a lot of people order chocolate." This would be a great place to open a "real" ice cream parlor."

"Worst Baskin-Robbins ever! We went through the drive thru and were served melted ice cream. My hot fudge sundae was soup! My husband’s waffle cone was stale. If you’re traveling down I-10 in Louisiana, just keep going right on past exit 23. Easier for employees to scoop but not a refreshing or pleasant experience to eat. Not safe to eat at melted temps, either."
