"Disapponted, went today to get a tire plugged and he didn't even check to see where the air was leaking from. He removed my tire then said you need another tire. He couldn't even show me why I needed another tire. The tire was purchased brand new from discount tires 2 months ago and still had good tread on it.I said its under warranty just put it back on. He couldn't even look me in the eye after that. Guess he thought because im a woman i didn't know any better. Mohammed , you got to be quicker than that. Thanks for responding you knew that it was a good tire for resale. I came home and sprayed with soapy water and it had a leak in which you never checked for. Never once was the tread mentioned because I was expected to purchase another tire. Lesson learned."
"Worst tire shop ever. Had a blowout on 73 going 75 mph and needed a tire to make it back to houston. Charged me $50 for a used tire and to cut a 2 inch peice of rubber off my old rim. Sold me a tire dated 2011. The tire had cracks inside the treading. Also had bulges in 4 differenet spots. When i went back to get a refund the owner just kept offering another tire. Are u insane you will never touch my vehicle. Had to threaten him with bbb and my lawyer for him to give me my money back. Has a 5 day warranty sign posted at cash counter. Dont ever go here. No telling how many people they have sold bad tires to."
