"Went to purchase just one tire with a specific size. And it’s not the service writer fault he was new and I understand that part. What I’m concerned about is they tried to give me a get tire that wasn’t the right size or right brand and didn’t notify me of it. I almost walked away but noticed it wasn’t the right size. I asked them where my actual tire was and they told me it was out of stock after I already purchased it. I also asked for a discount on my next tire for the inconvenience but another service writer blamed the new guy for being new. Which was not professional and also seemed like a lacking in training. He denied any discount for their inconvenience. Pls look at what you buy before you leave make sure it’s the right product. I’m just concerned about the situation because I wonder how many times they gave the wrong product to customers"
"Wish I could give 10 stars, Service was phenomenal, was in a bit of a jam with the pricing and not being able to afford it but I was stranded they pulled together and helped get me a price that I could afford! They put it on and even rotated my tires for me. I am highly impressed with the customer service, and with the great technicians that worked on my vehicle."

"I work all over the country. I've been to discount tire stores everywhere. This was by far the quickest, most efficiently run store I've ever been to. IN AND OUT. I've waited for 3 hours before in discount tire stores before. In and out here in Port Arthur was, get this, 39 minutes. WOW. Very friendly, english speaking, polite, helpful and EVEN COURTEOUS!!! WOW!!! A+ ON THIS VISIT,THIS STORE AND THE GREAT PEOPLE WORKING IN IT!!!"
