"So they told me that they could “absolutely work on my engine, no problem!” So I get a 200 dollar tow from JRs and bring the truck in, and they tell me “no, we only do tires and lube.” I ask a tech, he says “no we do engines.” Ask a manager, “never do engines.” I spent so much time and energy just to be treated like an idiot and not even receive any actual help."

"My son arrived 20 minutes before Walmart tire center on Gerstner Memorial opened at 7am to have his tires balanced and rotated, after being turned away at 5:30 the day before because they had too many cars to complete by close at 7pm. They opened over 20 minutes late. He was the first customer to arrive, he pulled up to the check-in area, they told him to find a parking spot, then took another car in before him. His car was not ready until 8:50. They are unprofessional, slow and disorganized. I now have serious concerns about the quality of their work with such poor service."
