"I came from Houston and we Love Waffle House.. waitress was great!! But the cook a stern non friendly lady gave me burnt bacon. But what turned me off from spending my money at this location was the hair embedded in my waffles.. none in the kitchen had hair nets on! I reached out to corporate and haven’t got a response yet. So that means I won’t be spending my money again with Waffle House! Especially this location."
"My visit to the location was on 11/26/2023. Daniel and his crew are extraordinary. This was even on a busy day like a Sunday but I didn't have to wait long. I was seated at the counter and greeted by Daniel and then served by Erika (sp?). I was looked after very well. My food was as fresh as could be and every time I would look away from an empty glass, there was a full one waiting for me. Daniel and his crew were fun, social and very accommodating. I hope to visit this location again at some point."
"Every table was dirty and my child and myself were the only people in there. The waitress was fine at first but as soon as the food came out she handed me my ticket and my plate as if rushing me out. Then 2 more friends joined us about 10 minutes later and the waitress NEVER came back to the table. I had NO REFILL. My diabetic daughter had NO REFILL and they wouldn't even take the drink order of my 2 friends that sat there for 47 minutes at our table. I'm a bar manager and a PHENOMENAL tipper. I was absolutely appalled about the service that night. I will never go back to the waffle house across from the pilot again and it's literally 3 minutes from house. I'd rather wait in line an hour at whataburger in 106 heat then be blatantly ignored when I'm sitting in your establishment over an hour ."
"Breakfast was good, our server Lucki was great and friendly. The place was clean, even the bathrooms. The ladies who cook had gloves on but the guy who was helping to cook in this picture did not have any on (reason for 4 stars). This waffle house was great, teach anyone who wants to dabble with our food to wear gloves. They also do veterans discount."
