"Discrimination!! I will never come to this store ever again. My sister and I drove 2 hours to shop here to buy baby clothes for my niece that is due in a couple weeks. We spent at least a hour in the store shopping. When we were just about done, my sister and I were sorting through the clothes to calculate how much to pay when a worker (her name is Sussy) SNATCHED my sisters buggy. Mind you she is 9 MONTHS pregnant! (What if she was leaning on the buggy and fell!) we asked the lady Sussy, why is she taking our buggy when we aren’t done shopping? She refuses to tell us and avoids eye contact. She told us we needed to bring the buggy to the front. So I asked her, “ma’am are you assuming we are trying to steal?” She STILL continues to walk to the front with OUR buggy. She didn’t even realize that my sister’s PURSE is in the buggy! We were so offended and frustrated so we walked out of the store. But I went back in to talk to a manager. While i was talking to the manager TAMEKA. She was trying to justify what Sussy did! Tameka tells me that “They steal all the time, when they get to the front, THEY run out.” We weren’t even at the door!!! Assuming that people are going to steal just by their looks is called discrimination!!! We still bought our items because we drove to far and there’s not any good stores near us. But as we were checking out, other people complained about Sussy. They stated she ALWAYS snatch buggy’s from black people and no one does anything about it! This is absolutely ridiculous! Burlington needs to do better! There should be proper protocol or procedures. Maybe! perhaps! HIRING a security guard to stand at the entrance for ACTUAL thieves instead of some random lady harassing innocent customers!!! I am completely appalled by management at this store (store 107, Shreveport). The only good that came from this experience was the nice cashier Crystalle. She stayed professional and courteous.! Burlington needs to do better with who they hire and establish better procedures!"

"Can’t understand how you can hire cashiers who can’t count. No one wants to steal from your place of business. This is ridiculous."

"The store was clean. There wasn't much of a selection in sizes but their was a variety of items. They only had one register open when I checked out, so the line was long. This store use to have alot of great stuff but the store has gotten smaller over the years."

"If you have a baby or a bundle of joy on the way, Burlington has a great selection of baby items and supplies. They have everything you need to stick a nursery or replace one of your little one's necessities. In addition to browsing the Baby Depot, I also took a look at the very nice clothing section and found some great items at really reasonable prices. They have every type of style from street and urban all the way to formal. If planning a family event or outing and want everyone to have a new outfit, Burlington would be one of the best choices to get everyone covered."
