"June 26, 2023. Two diamond rings were purchased in the jewelry department the Youree Drive location, in Shreveport, LA. My moms rings were sized. They told her they would be ready within four weeks. She went back, only to be disappointed the rings were sized incorrectly! The jewelry agent asked if she had lost weight? REALLY! JCPENNEY jewelry department sent the rings out for the 2nd time. Upon this fitting, THEY STILL DON'T FIT! What's wrong with the service they're using? Keep in mind the rings are paid for in advance. Can you imagine if these were YOUR ENGAGEMENT/ wedding rings? Also this location is not across the street our house. They don't offer free shipping or compensation for your second or third return for service either. Please sized the rings correctly. Or give her a credit so she can pay AGAIN for the service needed with a reputable, qualified jeweler of her choice."
