"Update 12/23 After a 5000 dollar oil change, valve adjustment, and front brake pad+drum replacement My rear inner tires were magically flat after the truck had been in the shop for a week. There was a extra bolt laying on my walkway, and the fog lights were unplugged, the oil change was not done to spec. Being upset I have witness that will testify that I said nothing wrong on a phonecall and when I went to the dealer I asked for my paperwork tapped on the desk and paid for the 5,000 dollar "oilchange" then was chased out of the dealer told to never come back because I was rude and called the service desk a name. At my truck I told Chris the general manager I am not going to talk about the tires and that is when he said I was banned from here. I told him what did I do all he can say is you know what you did. All I can say is what pay the extortion bill and leave? Upon inspection 1/4 mile away the work was not done the issue still magicaly still remains. Unsafe place to go to! Didn't even torque the wheels! Update also the 300 dollar charge to fix my over heating issue by simply charging me 300 dollars didn't work and my truck still does not keep proper temp."
