"A few years ago my grandmother 86 now had her metro walk behind worked on there as she had done for years. They had always done a great job until that very last day she was done with them. As I remember it was a minor issue. She lives 40 miles away but was loyal to them. When getting the over $800 bill she had questioned why so much. They had replaced all the pulleys,tune up and belts. When they loaded it on the trailer they didn't put it in grand when we were headed home it slammed into the back of the trailer. When getting it home to cut the belt kept slipping off and wouldn't cut. Upset! My grandmother and I took it back and they said it had a bent shaft. A bent shaft? I asked if it was normal to do work on something, charge over $800 dollars and not test it out? They exclaimed no we don't. After complaining to the owner, he had stated he would fix it free of charge. It still has not cut one blade of grass since we got it home and belt still slips off. So I'd encourage anny work being done on your equipment to test before taking it home especially if you live far away. They lost a loyal customer over neglect"
