"Haven’t been there in a while, but was shocked at the lack of professionalism the teenagers who were running the place showed. No adults to b seen! The young girl who took the orders acted as we were interrupting her visit with her friends. We were the only customers in there (2:00 pm) and there were 3 or 4 young people who worked there just standing at the ordering desk talking. We had to go up and ask for napkins, forks, cheese and the girl at desk was put out that we interrupting her chat! We won’t be back. Hunts Brothers is looking better all the time and much cheaper!! Why were these kids not in school, I wondered?"
"Since they renovated the place, it's been an ok place to sit and eat. And I think so far the employee attitudes, and professionalism has been better since the renovation. But just as before the renovation, they say your order will be ready by a specific time, yet when arriving at that time, it isn't ready and you end up waiting up to 45 extra minutes."
