"I've shopped at Harbor Freight for years (in two different states) for my shop supplies, specialty consumables, and low to medium duty tools. Great value for the money, BUT, you must know quality and durability of tools to get maximum value. Some of their tool products can be disappointing and do not hold up to heavy long-term usage. Their Members Club is a good deal if you make fairly frequent purchases. The discounts with special member pricing can be substantial. I had it for a year and will renew. One of the best things about Harbor Freight is their friendly and engaging staff. The staff members are very helpful and seem to really care about their customers -- and that's based on personal interactions here in Louisiana and previously in Northern Illinois. All in all I give Harbor Freight a 5-star rating and would recommend it."
