She told me that the part was ordered and I simply asked how did they know what part to order since they haven’t been out yet to look at the washer that needed repair. She was very rude in her tone and said “we have 20 years of experience, and the calls are recorded” I told her she didn’t need to speak to me like that. To which she replied “well, that was a really dumb question” I told her to cancel our appointment and I would not be doing business with them then she hung up in my face. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced."
