"Bealls in Carthage... nice store. Good prices. Sales associates not so good. Nobody asks if you need help and when you ask a question the question goes down a line of people before you get a answer."

"I had given a review in March that wasnt so good for the store in Carthage Tx. Since then I found out it is under new management so I went back in to find a Mothers Day gift for my mom. Great improvement in store apperance and customer service. Also got a great deal on moms gift and a little something for myself"

"Store is disorganized and the staff on 6/2/19 @ 5:50 pm was unfriendly and lazy. I wanted shoes for business trip tomorrow, but was never asked if I needed assistance. Only contact with employee was “we are closing in 5 minutes”. Thank you very much and though there are not many choices in Carthage, TX, this won’t be one now."

"Just left from buying my wife a new pair of shoes. When I got to the counter I was informed that I could get a second pair for free! Ended up walking out with 2 very nice pairs, one for her, and a nice pair for my son as well! Win, win!"

"The store is very unorganized. The racks are always cluttered with clothes. The people that work there are racist. I know people that work there and have heard nothing but bad things. I know several that have quit for this reason. Don’t waste your time shopping at this place. Definitely do not recommend! This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star."
