The fact that he was not stuck in a kennel while there was a real plus. Keller always looked wonderful and Tia was always receptive to our requests relative to grooming needs/desires. "I’ve been bringing my 2 small dogs for grooming every 2-3 months for the past 7.5 years. Every single time they’re groomed exactly as we discussed and are happy to be there. My terrier is always very excited to see Tia when we drop off (my other dog is rather indifferent to most situations). Even now as my dogs enter their senior years and we adjust their needs due to medical issues, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Every time is personal and they’re grooming needs are addressed with care."
"If you desire a grooming salon for your small/medium dog you have now found the BEST one! Urban Doggie previously known as Tia’s Dog Spa is Fabulous! I have taken my King Charles Cavalier here for over 5 years and am always pleased with the results. Tia and husband Preston love their work and it certainly shows! Your dog will be adored and respected while receiving terrific trims, cuts, baths, etc. and then adorned with a bandanna! Tia is so well known that when I walk my dog with her special bandanna others respond “Hey, I see you’ve been to Tia’s!” Give your pet the attention he/she deserves. You both will be happier for it."
"I walked in very excited because my small little fluffy Muppet has been enduring me grooming his sweet fluffy self and I was excited to find a place that appeared to be a small boutique that would care for him and give him a great makeover. The gentleman who came to the front desk informed me that they will not accept a dog that has never been groomed before no matter how sweet he is. They said that we wish you luck but we cannot offer you any services. Oh my gosh! Horrible, tacky and stuck up!!!! Stunning!"
