"I had a feeling this place would be a disappointment but figured I would try it since it was the only place open late (til 8pm). The place was dirty and unkept. The aprons were old and cracked so my clothes still got wet. There were no clean towels when I arrived towards the end of the night. Furthermore the amount of time they give you was definitely nowhere enough for me to properly bathe and dry my dog ($17 for 15 minutes). Who grooms their dog within 15 minutes? You have to spend $5 for every additional 4 minutes. I spent around $30, rushing through every step and was still unable to complete the grooming, not to mention their high level blow dryer was so weak. Ended up having to dry my dog at home. You're better off going to a different wash station with no time limit, especially for bigger furry dogs. The only plus side is the good water pressure."

"Always a quick and convenient option for my pup and I. Love that it’s self service with only 1 other dog maximum in there at a time. (Really helps with excitable dogs like mine). It was not as clean today as usual as, there was a smell coming from the rubber mats but still a good experience."

"UPDATE: When we got home his paws tooked a little dirty still. Since we planned to trim him later, we put him in the tub. Yep still dirty. The Shampoo setting didn't seem very sudsy, so maybe that was the issue. Also, we went to the Lake City, WA location. The QR code inside linked to a review for this location. I'm assuming same ownership. Reducing to 3 stars from 4. _It is_ a self service car wash for dogs. Took our doodle here on a whim since he needed a bath. We normally bath at home in the shower. Ergonomics are better than at home; sprayer and blower are better than our solution at home. Downsides are no choice in which shampoo, uncertain state of cleanliness (quite a bit of dog hair everywhere but not piles of dirt), and the time pressure. Overall, not the worst experience, but I think we'll try to improve our at-home solution before coming back. Cost wise, our 45lb doodle (hair about ~1.5") needed the initial 15min for cleaning plus two 4min extensions for drying (still a little moist after). So $17 + 2x$5=$27. Improvement idea: vending machine with treats or other consumables."

"Great idea for a pet wash. Fully automated, meaning no human interaction. Only four stars because it wasn't the cleanest facility and the towels were a little rough, but for $20 for 17 minutes, it was plenty of time, and a great way to give your pup a quick wash. Also had a thoughtful lost and found bucket."

"Love LOVED our experience! The entrance the get in the facility was smooth. The wash machine itself was easy to use. Towels and aprons were available and ready to use and our dogs were so happy! We are definitely going during the cold seasons when we can’t wash our doggies outside. Thank you!"
