"Useless waste of money, that forces the residents of Oak Harbor to pay massive bills because it cannot process water to a livable quality. I pay a flat fee of over $122 added onto my sewer and water bill just because this facility cannot do what it was built to do."

"This is a state of the art facility, as one of the operators explained to me, that they have the ability to process the waste stream to near zero fecal and the bi-product of the process ends up in a mix of dirt and chipped tree stumps, shrub clippings and other yard waste to make a highly desirable soil amendment. The water discharged from the plant is so healthy that saltwater fishes live happily in what the operators call effluent. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the process."
