"Small, peaceful park. Several picnic tables, shade or sun. Very clean bathrooms!!! I stop here after hiking Catherine Creek Trail. Access to water for small boats and windsurfers. Some people fishing. Quiet and serene."
"**UPDATED- 04/08/2022 Changed my rating to 5 stars ** Thanks for fixing the parking area! Also a cool place to bring a dog! I really do like this area because you can actually go there and have a little picnic in the picnic area just about 150 yards from the water. The reason I only scored this with three stars is because the entry into the parking lot has a lot of potholes and it is just horrible. I wish the city or the county or the state would get in there and put a new blacktop in."
"Great place to watch the sunrise. Theres a bathroom,free parking,boat ramp,and dock in a deep sheltered cove. One could probably launch a 20' sailboat with a nonmoving keel here."
