"Beautiful hotel, I am not sure if I would say it is kid friendly, but what I would say is, if you are on a date and a possible proposal this could be a nice place. If you are doing a date night and trying to top your partner this could be the spot. If you have family coming into town and they are not ratchet, or TPT and you want them to think you have a little money this is your place. If you just want to go into the downtown area and unwind and enjoy the views of SEA, but want to feel pampered this is your place. I really like their hotels a really nice vibe. Just go with a little class and enjoy your evening..by the way have dinner or a drink on the 16th floor and enjoy the view."

"This hotel is a real gem located downtown – you can walk to the touristy areas like Pike Place, or hop in a quick Uber or Lyft. The valet staff were very helpful and professional and helped us get to reception for check-in. Big shoutout to Sun at reception for the warm welcome, upgrades, and chocolates – it really made our day! As for our room, it was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom and shower were super fancy! We also enjoyed sitting by the big window and watching the city below. At night, we decided to grab a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and they graciously squeezed us in last minute especially since we didn't have a reservation. This place is the whole package, and we definitely recommend staying at Lotte if you're ever visiting Seattle!"

"Beautiful hotel with a nice spa and full service bar and restaurant in downtown Seattle. The neighborhood is so so as the whole downtown Seattle unfortunately. Close to (walking distance) everything you'd like to be able to reach in the downtown. The service is very attentive and polite. The restaurant had tasty and well presented dishes although the variety was somewhat limited. The bar is rich with very wide selection. The spa is expensive but well appointed. The gym is on the smaller side but had most of what you might want in a hotel gym. The sauna and wet steam rooms are gender separated, a bit of a bummer if you come as a couple. All in all a very pleasant hotel."

"Fabulous stay at Lotte! Location-wise it was convenient for us. Walking--about 15min from Chinatown, 15min from SAM, 20min from Pike Place, 10min to the 1-line. We had a Bay View room and it was breath-takingly beautiful. Reception is on the 16th floor but they have very attentive staff on the ground level to help with luggage and valet. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and abundant with mirrors. Robes and slippers were provided, which was much appreciated. Water temperature for the shower was variable. It was never cold or lukewarm, but on one occasion just shy of a "nice hot shower." All other nights we had no issues. I used the sauna and steam room midday, located near spa and fitness, and it was a great experience. Not too many patrons during that time, mostly in the fitness room, so it felt like I had the whole place to myself. Lockers, towels, and water provided. Two showers available with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They had two stall toilets and one toilet room for more privacy. The dry sauna was well heated and relaxing. The steam sauna was likewise, and my preference. Dining at Charlotte was a great experience. Breakfast was fantastic, as was the service. It really made our stay at Lotte more memorable. We also spent time in the lounge for drinks and snacks. We were hoping to see more Korean influences in the cuisine, since Lotte is a Korean hotel, but we understand the restaurant may be more independent. Overall, we would book at Lotte again!"
