"When flowers were delivered I thought it was strange to have water on the flowers but 2 days into it I notice the flower petals falling off. The roses in the arrangement were not even open. So on the paper that came with the flowers state how to care for them and it would take 1-3 days to open. Well I have it 4 days and they never opened and the roses have brown spots inside the flower. We receive flowers from other florist that last about 3 weeks because we follow the instructions that come with the flowers. I don’t know if they gave us dying flowers from the start that were just sitting around. It wasn’t a good experience from this florist."

"Very disappointed in this company, I honestly was not going to write a review but since their customer service email is not working I feel the need to do so. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my mother, and I know I ordered it late but if they were not able to provide the product I asked for then say NO, and I will go somewhere else. I wanted a really beautiful arrangement, and what was delivered was just OK. Look at the pictures and you can see for yourself. I definitely learned my lesson, I will not be ordering from them again. Be weary of ordering online."
