"Our tax professional Lou was outstanding. He was the only one in the office that day and he gave us his full attention. There were other people who came in during our time there who didnt have appointments, and Lou helped out every single person to get an appointment before they left while still keeping us his top priority! We were completely amazed with Lou's service and he took alot of time to find (or not find) our stimulus payments and he explained every detail along the way. We have been to H&R Block for the last five years and have been happy every year with our tax experience but Lou shot it out of the park!! "The reason I am giving a 5 star rate of because of Emilia. If you go to this place make a appointment with Emilia, she has a lot of knowledge, she is very helpful and gives you a lot of tips on how you do your taxes for next year. I do have to say they have this lady Maria, OMG she is beyond terrible, she made me wait for more than 30 min, when she was finally ready she didn't know how to do taxes from multiple states, she told me she was going to reschedule my appointment for another day with somebody else. I was so no agreed with that, she made me wait and now she doesn't know how to do her job? and in top of everything she was laughing. At the end everything turned out well cause she was not the person doing my taxes, since she is not properly trained and I got really upset she hand my papers to Emilia and I was very happy with her."
