"All I came for was to use the pool. The deck is super dirty. There was a bandage that would fit over my knee on the deck for six days last week. There’s mud in the drains. There’s a gigantic piece of the wall falling off in the women’s bathroom. There were people in the sauna with their street shoes on, and they had their street shoes on the benches where women sit in their bathing suits. And there were people in the pool area with their street shoes on the deck. I called because I’ve only used the pool four times in the 2 1/2 weeks that I have been there. They are taking all of my money, even though I’m never going to use their gym again. So that’s first month, last month, the membership fee, and the sign-up fee. For four times in the pool. I Used to use the LA Fitness in Ballard, and was totally happy with it. I will never use LA Fitness again."

"Be very careful of your belongings!! I joined the gym and in the very first week, my gym locker was broken into, car keys were stolen, and my wallet was stolen from the car. The gym refused to take any ownership for the theft from their own locker room from a secured locker. They did not return any of my membership fee and said there were no working cameras even to help monitor who had entered the gym around that time. Horrible experience!"

"We joined a week ago and have really been impressed with the staff so far; they are more knowledgeable and fun than the other gyms we visited before making our decision. We really like the range of ages represented and feel surprisingly at home here. The convenience to shopping and errands on our way home can't be beat!"

"I have been going here since 2018. The recent changes that have been made has created a more welcoming environment. LA Fitness has been a lot cleaner and with the addition of new equipment, I can now utilize my time better. Thank you to new office management for making these adjustments!
