"Drove all the way here and they are CLOSE. Site says they are open, sign on door says open. Shocking! We will just order on line from now on! UPDATED: We stopped by again to try again and give a 2nd chance, NOPE....OPEN sign up but door locked and no one home. This was on a weekday. Whoever the owner is I hope you are seeing and reading these reviews because people who have been loyal to you are going somewhere else because they are not being helped. Calling - no answer or they say they are closed. Drive in when they say they are open! Nope- the door is locked. . So they are either taking your money and closing your business down from pay customers or they are scamming you or you don't care either way. But either open your doors or close them so another business can be successful in that space"

"I was told that I would receive required service/parts within one (1) week of initial appt. After 2+ weeks I had to call to check on promised service only to be told that "they were down to one (1) service tech and the soonest I would receive service was over a week later and that they wouldn't schedule the service without full payment 1st. I told them that I was uncomfortable with paying for a service that I hadn't rec'd yet but I would gladly pay 1/2 upfront. I was told that they needed $74.00 and I gave them my VISA Card # for payment. When I checked with my bank, I was informed that my VISA account was charged over $110.00!! I called to question this charge and was told that it was payment for the part(s) as well as service. When I said that this was deceitful, D_____le said that "overlooked" telling me. I repeated that she deceived me and I told her to cancel the work and demanded am immediate and full refund and said I would find another company to get my service from."

"Not knowing much about tubs and or electrical Made an appointment the have my hot tub looked at as one of my pumps quit working for some reason. The tub was diagnosed with either the topside controller or the spa pack. The technician suggested replacing the topside controller. I ordered a controller and installed it myself. The pump still didn't work. Did some research on my own. Check to make all the fuses works led, nope the fuse for pump 1 was blown. I guess I am more of a professional then I thought. $200 to troubleshoot and the fuses weren't tested, shame on you. I should get at least a 50% refund for doing the job I paid #thepoolguys to do."

"The girl that helped me today did an amazing job of juggling the phones, a lobby full customers and doing water sample tests. She was polite with everyone and took her time explaining everything I needed to know! I will be back again for my pool needs!"

"We went in yesterday looking for two 1.25 inch pieces of tubing for our pools filter. My husband grabbed a couple of packages and the girl working at the time pointed us to another option up front that needed to be cut. We opted for that one because she said it was better for our intended purpose and it was the correct size. She had no idea how to use the tool to cut the tube so my husband had to do it himself. We bring it home and come to find out, it's not the right size. He went back to exchange it for the right size (the one we had originally picked out) but was told that because it was already cut, it could not be returned. What?! Your sales associate told us this was the right size/part so we bought it...it's wrong, but you won't take it back? These sales people obviously have no idea what they're talking about and the manager provides awful customer service. It's really too bad. We try to support smaller businesses such as this one; however, we will never buy from here again. Perhaps you should train your associates better if you want to keep customers. There was a gentlmen in there when we walked in who was quite frustrated by Malia's lack of knowledge and inability to adequately do her job. Go elsewhere for your pool needs!"
