With 100 acres of property, including 50 acres developed, the institution offers a variety of recreational activities for visitors to enjoy. The cemetery on the grounds has 16,000 interments, while the beautiful lake views showcase a diverse range of wildlife.

"This aquatic center is Awesome. It is the best public pool in Clatsop County. If you have a choice between Seaside pool and this one, this is the place . Great for all ages and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Oh Yeah the hot tub is nice and hot. They also have a great area for toddlers. One more great features is the water slide. Seen in pic."
