"Beaumont apartments in Woodinville has a really bad maintenance service because when you summit a work order they have to come several times to our apartments to fix the problem or just excuse themselves saying oh sorry we will order the piece forcing us to wait for. I personally report my dryer the guy just came did not do anything and the manager close the work order after that they required rate evaluation this is ridiculous and I have to wait to summit another work order for the same problem l."

"The Beaumont Apartments service team are always top-notch and quick to respond to any service request. Today it was Josh, the maintenance tech who within minutes repaired my kitchen disposal unit. Josh is professional, courteous and kind. Another person who is part of the excellent support team at Beaumont is Luis, as well as a few other of the administrative and support personnel, who are just outstanding people. It makes living at the Beaumont worthwhile!"
"This is the best apartment that I have rented from so far but there is still room for improvement. The good - - Very family and pet friendly - Good maintenance and response time - Great space with new appliances (including a good kitchen which is what we were looking for.) - They constantly try to improve - Pretty decent amount of events - Good pool area - Friendly staff - Good Prime lockers The needed improvements- - they need to drop the price of the parking garage down. (The parking garage constantly has plenty of space in it but the free spots outside are constantly full.) - The hottub is not nearly hot enough. They said that they cannot go over 10which is fine but we measured the temperature and it is not even close to that."
