"I wouldn’t even bother with getting your taxes done here if I were you! This woman is one of the most evil woman I have ever met. She took advantage of my immigrant parents for countless year and was constantly making mistakes on our tax returns. Here are some of the issues my family and I faced when we were doing our taxes when her: 1. Consistently overcharged for her “services” which consisted of her imputing our information into Turbo Tax and then having us mail in our papers. We were paying anywhere from $250-400 depending on the year. There was no transparent pricing policy. 2. She made countless mistakes on our tax return (e.g., putting wrong address on the form, not putting the correct full name, miss calculating total income, incorrect bank information for deposit, etc.). At one point my sister and I ended up having to contact the IRS ourselves to correct her mistake. This created a lot of problems for us when we needed to do things like financial aid for college. 3. Always talking down to my parents and belittled them because “they had too many W2s” for her to process and calling them names like “rude” when they tried to explain to her what she was doing wrong. When my sibling and I would call her to help interpret and explain her mistakes, she would talk down to us and tell us to “handle the problem ourselves” or would “tell our parents that we were talking back to an adult.” She’s not only bad at her job but just a difficult person to work with. I realized how mistreated and wrong she was once we started doing our taxes with another person who charges a quarter of what she’s charging and takes the time to explain each step to my parents and I. Save yourself money and a headache by going somewhere else this tax season!"

"Yes, she took me in a very vulnerable for me moment. Yes, she completed my taxes, but all was done at the expense of putting through pure hell, waiting for a long 9 months, abrasive attitude, insults like "I am acting like a big guy" that I am "arrogant" and "set on my own ways", when according to me, all I was trying to do was to reason with her and to achieve everything I suppose to achieve. I don't post this review out of anger. I do it for the good of everyone. This needs to be known."

"She is very evil, racist taking advantage of immigrants, she is mean and unprofessional. She does not like Ethiopians and Eritearians. She overcharges them, for example this year she changed me 575 dollars for simple tax work! Leave alone $575 dollars even $200 hundred Dillard's for my tax work would be too much! Do not go to that pkace. It would be much! better to use Turbo tax system! Ethiopians please do not go there at all!"
