"Started with a good experience but very quickly it dwindled. Jim and his son are not only incompetent (making error after error) but they don’t even know how to fix their errors. They don’t respond to emails and are barely in the office. I recommend staying far away from this firm."

"My brother and I went in to get help filing taxes for my father who had passed. First they charged me for a sit down visit (which would be applied if I used them), which we were happy to pay, thinking we would use him and get my dads taxes done. We went in and tried to share our situation. He was a bad listener, cut us off multiple times when talking, was short with us and completely rude. He wouldn’t let me ask many questions or even get a word in much. He didn’t really want our business as he asked why we didn’t use someplace else and then sent us on our way so he didn’t have to deal with us. But then charged us $100 for less than 30 minutes of his time, which really didn’t help us. We walked out of there feeling like it was a complete waste of our time and even more discouraged. I would never EVER recommend anyone going there. I also felt he was making it sound like my brother and I were in disagreement and pitting us against each other. Anyway, it was a complete disappointment. He charges a lot too $450.00 per a years filing. We were willing to pay, but thankful for not giving him anymore of our money."
